TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Booking:

A date is reserved once a deposit is paid (usually 30%). The remaining amount is due no later than on the day of photoshoot. Payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable. In case of cancellation by the client, please inform me as early as possible. If I am forced to cancel due to an emergency, I will do my best to find a suitable replacement.

 

Travel Fees:

Travel within Prague is included. For weddings outside Prague, an additional fee for transportation and/or accommodation may apply (discussed individually).

 

Delivery Time:

Final edited photos of individual photoshoot will be delivered within 2 weeks via an online gallery. Wedding photos will be delivered within 1 month via an online gallery. A small preview (5–10 photos) can be sent within 3–5 days upon request.

 

Use of Images:

I may use selected photos in my portfolio (website, Instagram, printed materials).

 

Client Responsibility:

Please make sure I have access to all important parts of your day (ceremony, couple session, details). A small schedule and key contacts (planner, family, etc.) are helpful for smooth coordination.
